MY APPROACH

As a certified Holistic Health & Wellness Coach, it's important to me to approach health HolisticLee. This just means that I acknowledge and truly believe that all aspects of our lives are interconnected and, together, contribute to our overall sense of wellbeing & vitality.

As your health coach, it would be my job to listen to, believe in, and empower YOU. I would provide an ongoing support system and safe environment that enables you to fulfil the great potential that already exists within you.

I will assist you in setting SMART goals, provide you with personalized actionable steps to attain them, and take on the role of an accountability coach that will ensure your progress every step of the way. 

To me, it seems obvious that since you're the only oneliving in your body, only you know what it needs in order to thrive. However, by asking you the right questions and providing you with nutritional knowledge & positive lifestyle tips, I hope to bring you back in touch with your intuition that truly knows whats best for you and your health.

During my training, I was introduced to two concepts that changed the way that I view health, nutrition, and wellness forever; the first being ‘Bio-individuality’ and the second; ‘Primary vs Secondary Foods’.

 Bio-individuality  recognizes that each and every one of us is different and that, therefore, we all need different things to fuel and fulfill us.

 

This idea is beautifully summed up in the term coined by IIN: "one man’s food is another man’s poison". No, you’re not crazy because that fad diet didn’t work for you – you’re just beautifully and uniquely YOU! This is essentially one of the key differentiators between my work and that of other health practitioners. I will work with you, your needs, your likes, and dislikes to put together a personalized program JUST FOR YOU to become HolisticLee Happy.

Secondary Foods represent just food – the nutritious substances we eat and drink in order to maintain life, growth, and a sense of wellbeing, while Primary foods are all the other stuff that can, either, contribute or hinder our state of wellbeing, such as Spirituality, Career, Physical Activity, and our Relationships.
