Are you interested in improving your holistic wellbeing but aren’t sure health coaching is right for you? By signing up for an initial health history, you will get acquainted with my style and learn more about the various programs I offer. This is also where you will tell me more about your background & expectations and ask any questions you may have. Based on that, we can determine (together) which program would be most effective for you. Still not convinced? Well... I’m happy to inform that this session is 100% FREE!
